Jen Phillips

Jen Phillips spent over a decade leading organizations at Fortune 500 companies. Her time as a Salesforce exec taught her that success and burnout can coexist when systems aren’t built with people in mind, unintentionally taking a toll on even the most resilient.

That sparked The New Ambition, Jen’s platform focused on helping leaders build success that doesn’t cost everything. Now a fractional executive and speaker, she helps teams create systems that fuel performance and protect people.

The stakes are real: Burned-out employees face a 180% higher risk of depression, according to American Psychological Association studies, costing U.S. businesses $4,000–$21,000 per employee annually. But high-engagement teams? They’re more productive, more profitable. And leaders are the key.

If you believe work can work better, this is for you.

Jodi Innerfield

Jodi loves stories, whether they're in a book, on a screen, on stage, in a song, or a presentation. As a marketer, it's her job to tell compelling stories that simplify complex ideas and make them tangible and impactful. She's grown her career working with enterprise technology companies and high-growth start-ups across roles in marketing, product, and HR, and in a past life, she was in film production (and is pretty proud of her IMDb page!)

Jodi co-founded and co-hosts the nerdiest Taylor Swift podcast, AP Taylor Swift, where each week they do deep-reading and literary analysis of Taylor Swift's lyrics. When she's not working or podcasting, she paints, writes, dances, and drinks too many cups of tea. Jodi volunteers with organizations focused on education and combating hate and antisemitism. You'll also find her attending Broadway shows, listening to Taylor Swift songs, and Kara Swisher podcasts.
